Asquith Butler Ltd. is a combination of William Asquith Ltd. formed in 1865 by William Asquith and The Butler Machine Tool Company ltd. formed in 1868 by James Ryder Butler, both based in West Yorkshire.

Today Asquith Butler is based in purpose built state-of-the-art facilities in Brighouse, West Yorkshire from where we design and develop speciality machine tools and provide sales, servicing, spares and refurbishment services to existing machines.
